Thank you. I like the faces. We walk past that corner quite regularly but I never noticed the wall before, and the G.O. said neither had he… must walk around with our eyes shut sometimes 🙂

Street art is really getting good, I love the way we distinguish it from graffiti. I love seeing it, especially when a lot of care and attention has been done to create it. I don’t like tags though.

Thank you. I agree about the graffitied tags that are randomly sprayed over the street art. Newtown and surrounds are great street art galleries. I don’t mind the paste ups, they are art in themselves, I think or fun, and often making a social comment 🙂

A very good series, Ella. Colourful and lively.

EllaDee, I agree street art really enlivens urban streetscapes. Imagine how boring that wall would be without the art. I also get annoyed by the tags mindlessly sprayed over the art – no respect for the artists and their work.

Thank you. Yes, the street art adds a personal touch to brick, concrete etc, and I hate it when a good piece is tagged or worse painted over all nice and neat 🙂
